State Tax Credits

We represent new and fast-growing businesses and assist them in obtaining various state business incentives and grants. In addition to real estate incentives, we assist clients in obtaining workforce training grants, employee expansion tax credits, business investment tax credits, among others. We act as a liaison between the clients and various state or local officials and bodies during the application process and craft compelling applications for clients. We also review and provide advice with respect to incentive and grant agreements and related documentation, and compliance monitoring.
