Opportunity Zones

We represent investors and developers in all aspects of the Opportunity Zone program, which provides investors in qualified opportunity funds with tax benefits for investing in qualified opportunity zone businesses. We assist developers and investors from the outset of an Opportunity Zone transaction, including with deal structuring and formation. Along with the structuring, financial review, and analysis at the forefront of a deal, we also advise investors and developers regarding compliance and reporting requirements so that investors and developers may obtain the full taxable benefit of the program.
