Resa Jenkins

Resa joined Jones Pyatt Law in 2023 as a Real Estate Paralegal. She has more than 35 years of experience working on a variety of legal matters, including commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining JPL, Resa worked with both national and local law firms. She has experience with commercial litigation, representing financial institutions and other business enterprises, commercial foreclosure actions, breach of contract cases, post-judgment enforcement actions, reviewing and preparing contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents, reviewing title affidavits, and drafting, filing and maintaining business entity documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships with state agencies.

At JPL, Resa’s primary responsibilities include the management and tracking of real estate transactions, reviewing and preparing transaction documents for closing, and reviewing title and survey. She also handles drafting, filing and maintaining business entity documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships.

Resa is a graduate of Warren Central High School. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Indiana.
