Real Estate Financing

Our firm represents clients with virtually all aspects of equity and debt financing of real estate. We have represented clients with financing on acquisitions, renovations, rehabilitations, construction loans, permanent loans, lines of credit, or mini-perm loans. We draft, review, and reviseloan commitments, term sheets, and loan documents. We also assist clients with the structuring and closing of transactions with partners and equity investors, including the review and negotiation of investment term sheets, partnership agreements, operating agreements, joint venture agreements and arrangements and other organizational documents in connection with such transactions. In addition, we routinely manage all aspects of the due diligence required to close such real estate financing transactions.
