Amy B. Jones
Attorney, Director of Operations

Amy is an experienced trial lawyer. She worked for nearly 20 years as a litigator in the public sector, including a 15-year stretch as the Supervising Code Enforcement Attorney for Health and Hospital Corporation (“HHC”) in Indianapolis, IN. As the supervising enforcement attorney for HHC, she filed and resolved several thousand cases per year, and collaborated with community partners to enforce local, state and federal standards. In her capacity as a supervisor, Amy was responsible for the management and logistics of a satellite office, including staff, budgeting, client management, relationships with the court, and other logistics. Amy joined Paul Jones Law in 2017. At the firm, Amy works on complex litigation matters and trial strategy. She also works on training of staff as it relates to trial work. Amy assists with real estate financing and incentive transactions, and responsive pleadings. In addition to her litigation and transactional practice, Amy works closely with clients on community development matters. Amy further manages the firm’s operations and growth.

Amy received dual Bachelor degrees from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1996. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Capital University Law School, Columbus, Ohio in 1999.

Amy is admitted to practice law in Indiana.
