In addition to our experience helping clients utilize New Market Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Tax Increment Financing, and other key placemaking tools, our services also include assisting with Community Land Trusts. Our practice relating to Community Land Trusts and services include establishing the land trust entity, assisting with corporate governance, conducting property tax analysis, and the acquisition, development, and disposition of the single and/or multifamily properties within the trust.
