Local Counsel Opinions and Advice

Many of our clients engage in financing transactions that require local law opinions and transactional representation. We provide local counsel (borrower’s counsel) representation to clients when needed. This scope of work includes review and negotiation of transaction documents as well as legal opinions. This type of work is often handled on a flat fee basis, which is paid at closing, or an hourly arrangement with a cap.
