Luca Viglione is a Partner in the firm’s Tax practice with more than a decade of experience in real estate valuation, tax appeals, exemptions and incentives. Throughout his career, he has represented an array of clients with properties located throughout the continental United States of varying uses including retail, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, office, R&D, and mixed-use.
Luca earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Penn State University. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Ohio, with Tennessee admission pending.
In addition to the aforementioned jurisdictions, Luca has experience working appeals and/or negotiating incentives in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
Beyond his professional work, Luca volunteers as a youth football coach reflecting his commitment to community engagement and mentorship.
